Ordinary 2-4 Line Phone Installation Diagram

Plug the AC adapter into a 110V power outlet and connect the other end to the other end to the 12V DC jack.

Plug duplex adapter (supplied) into phone jack. Connect phone cord from phone jack to adapter module.
